51cg Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the 51cg platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the conditions stated here. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 51cg platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 51cg platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register an account confirm that they meet this minimum age requirement. 51cg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account unable to verify this.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing registration information that is truthful, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- Keeping your account username and password confidential.
- Ensure no one else accesses your account without permission.
- Notify 51cg immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
51cg accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you fail to take reasonable steps to protect your login information.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 51cg platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Committing fraud, identity theft, or providing false information to 51cg.
- Using the platform for third-party debt settlement purposes.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Submitting harmful, disruptive or illegal content via the platform.
Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, or abuse the platform's systems will result in immediate account closure and further action as deemed necessary by 51cg.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 51cg platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 51cg is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information.
Deposits: Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible except in proven technical circumstances. Minimum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change at any time. All deposits must come from a legitimate source that belongs to the user personally.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed according to 51cg’s standard verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered under the same user’s name.
51cg reserves the right to hold or reverse any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activity that breaches these terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.

- Deposits must be made from legitimate sources and be the user’s own funds
- Withdrawals to an account in the same user's name
- Identity verification may be required
- Limits and fees are subject to change with notice
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
51cg is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses related to betting or gaming. The platform is provided "as is" and 51cg does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
All content on the 51cg platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 51cg or our licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.
51cg reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any security reason deemed necessary. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
The 51cg platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 51cg is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
51cg reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the 51cg platform after any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 51cg platform shall first be resolved through amicable discussion. Should no resolution be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 51cg regarding use of the platform. Should any provision be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. The Bahasa Melayu version of these terms is the official version applicable to users in Malaysia.
